Arushi Talwar murder : The compunder’s hand

CBI put Dr Rajesh Talwar’s compounder, Krishna, on a second lie detector test to cross-check a few vital points raised by the reconstruction of the crime scene.

Krishna has denied having visited Hemraj on the night when the murders of arushi and the domestic help, hemraj were committed. He has not been taken into custody as there is no conclusive evidence against him. The central bureau of Investigation (CBI) is trying to find out that he was one the persons, who shared a drink with the victim, Hemraj on the ill fated night.
Three glasses and a bottle of whiskey were found in Hemraj’s room on the terrace of the house. [ref: TOI]

“I did not do anything. I did not kill Aarushi,” a sobbing Krishna was later seen telling a news channel.

A special CBI court on Tuesday declined to hear the bail application of Dr Rajesh Talwar, the father of Aarushi, who is currently in judicial remand.
Dr Talwar’s counsel then moved the district and sessions court in Ghaziabad for his bail. The plea will be heard on June 26.
The CBI team, meanwhile, continued its search for the murder weapon, this time around the banks of river Hindon in Ghaziabad. The team returned empty handed. [ref ; TOI]

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is taking Dr Rajesh Talwar’s compounder, Krishna, to Bangalore for a Narco Analysis Test in connection with the murder case of Arushi Talwar and Hemraj.Krishna has already undergone three lie detector tests on three consecutive days and has been formally detained by the CBI. According to the CBI he is turning out to be a very important link in the double murder mystery.[ref: IBN live]
