Manmohan Singh attacks L K Advani in parliament

The speech of the mum hero, the most unlikely politician said a thousand words even without a formal delivery and hit another million on the leader of opposition, shri L K Advani. I am not a supporter of any kind of politics and horse trading, but this undelivered speech by Dr Manmohan Singh virtually slapped Mr L K Advani. Here is what he said in his speech

“The leader of opposition, Shri L.K. Advani has chosen to use all manner of abusive adjectives to describe my performance. He has described me as the weakest prime minister , a nikamma(useless) PM, and of having devalued the office of PM. To fulfill his ambitions he has made atleast three attempts to topple our government. But on each occasion his astrologers have misled him. This pattern, i am sure will be repeated today. At his ripe old age, I do not expect Shri Advani to change his thinking. But for his sake and India’s sake, I urge him at least to change his astrologers so that he gets more accurate.

As for Shri Advani’s various charges, I do not wish to waste the time of the house in rebutting them. All I can say is that before leveling the charges of incompetence on others, Shri Advani should do some introspection…”

spoke a frustrated PM

To the Left parties

” The left wanted me to behave as their bonded slave.

The left should tell us if they want Advani as prime minister “

It is noteworthy that Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh complained about his coalition partners who supported his minority government for 4 years and two months, that ‘they wanted him to behave as their bonded slave’. At least the PM knows how it is to be felt like a ‘bonded slave’. However, it is strange that he never felt that his own countrymen feel that he has been behaving like a bonded slave of US President Bush. Now only, he was personally behaving as a bonded slave of a warmonger dictator, with his the comprehensive package that is tagged to the Indo-US civilian nuclear agreement, he has made his entire nation as a bonded slave of America. Is there some racist connotation to his preference for becoming a bonded slave of the a white foreign power rather his own countrymen who only had the interest of their own country at heart when they were checking his every move as per the terms of the agreed ‘common minimum programme’.

The way Parkash Karat behaved with the UPA and especially with our great PM atleat for the last one month, as a citizen of this ancient country I was feeling insult. WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY COMMON MINIMUM PROGRAM???? What achievements they made in Bengal and Kerala to follow their steps. There should be always COMMON MAXIMUM PROGRAM, especially in developing world. They compared the inflation of India with UK and critized the PM but one pound is eighty rupess. From that we can not understand how they make people fool? The PM is friend of reform and our left are friends of poverty.

Advani has always treated the PM in a manner not expected of a leader of a political party that boasts at being different. PM has in the past also commented on being called a weak PM, “that whether or not he is weak will be jugded by history”. And he made history on 22nd July by taking India ahead on nuclear path not by exploding a bomb but using it for peaceful purpose of generating Electricity for the country. He also proved to the country that he is not a weak PM by taking on Advani and exposing the Pseudo-intellectualism of Advani and BJP.

Even the BJP is aware of the importance of the nuclear agreement and its benefits to the nation. Thier allies like the Shiv Sena and the Akalis have openly said that the agreement is good for the country, but BJP under Advani has tried to stall the passage of the bill so as not to give the credit to Manmohan Singh who has staked his every thing for the progress it can bring to the country. Advani to belittle the PM is even willing to stop the agreement which is expected to bring progress to the nation.

Advani turned a blind eye to the riots in Gujarat under Modi, is that not weakness. Advani goes to Pakistan, praises Jinnah and back tracks after returning to India because his party and RSS do not support him, is that not weakness. Not allowing to pass the agreement in parliament so that they can do it when they come to power, is that not weakness. Leading all the people to Babri Masjid, destroying it, and then calling it a sad day in his life, is that not weakness.

It is not Manmohan Singh who is weak, but Advani who is weak of character and the earlier the country does not accept people like him to lead the country the better this country would be

If BJP, Akalis and Shiv Sena who all do belive that the deal is beneficial for the country would have voted for the same along with the congress only on this issue, there would have been no need for any horse trading which was a sad part of the entire process. If only our politicians put the nations interest above their personal ambition (read Advani’s ambition to become PM even at the cost of country’s interest) India could go miles ahead. But what to do we have a weak leader of opposition in the parliament, who does not even care.

I never voted for the congress but the BJP. Only in the last elections I voted against BJP for what it did in Gujarat. I do not whom to vote for now, probably Manmohan Singh if he is made PM again by teh congress
